Если было куплено на официальном аукционе то какие могут быть
претензии к покупателю?
Вот если был сговор устроителя аукциона и покупателя с целью не
допустить других и это доказано тогда другое дело.
Но устроитель аукциона должен нести ответственность.
Чего не происходит.
У нас это происходит в "лучших традициях" большевиков.
У него есть завод, а у меня нет - давай отберем.
