Алексей, Вы имеете ввиду просто работающий mingw в x86_64 линуксе или
mingw для сборки 64-битных бинарей в Windows?
Почасти первого раньше был полный порядок. Сборкой от raorn@ долго
пользовался на своей x86_64 машине. Всё работало. Сейчас mingw делает
boris@. Про второе не в курсе, дело действительно экзотическое.
