Я тут ввязался в терминологический спор:
"один килобит в секунду" это 1000 бит в секунду или 1024 бита в секунду?
Принимаются любые аргументы в пользу того или иного
варианта. Крайне желательна ссылка на какие-нибудь стандарты.
