Нужно ввести в рассылке правило - за каждый ответ в стиле "RTFM",
"в доках все сказано", "читай маны", "а вы не потрудились даже
погуглить" - отключать от рассылки на месяц при первом нарушении,
на полгода при втором, пожизнено при третьем. Отключать невзирая
на лица и степень приближенности к "элите".
