Я вообще, если мне попадается пакет, у которого уже был мейнтейнер
раньше, удаляю вообще из спека русский текст. Ибо лично мне он
доставляет массу неудобств и ворует время.
Насколько я в курсе, в ALT Linux теперь принято переводы спек-файлов
ложить в отдельный пакет (specspo, кажется). Вот те, кому надо, им и
пользуются, а мне нет, не надо.
