перешел на branch 5, вроде все гладко прошло, но апт сломался
apt-get update
apt-get: error while loading shared libraries:
libapt-pkg-libc6.5-6.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory
В бранче 5 libapt-pkg нету.
как это лучше починить?

Покажи-ка rpm -q libapt apt, странное оно.

У меня такое наслоение за несколько лет с периодическими переходами на
сизиф и обратно на бранчи, что только в курилке и обсуждать - это же и
не сизиф, и не бранч. Надо бы поставить с нуля 5ый бранч и не иметь
этих проблем, но такой совет я и сам себе могу дать, не обязательно
его выслушать в коммьюнити...
