1. Загрузиться с установочного диска/LiveCD в resque-режиме
2. Смонтировать разделы hdd и ssd куда-нибудь.
3. "cp -ax" файлов разделов с hdd на разделы ssd
4. chroot в корневой раздел ssd
5. Установить загрузчик и отредактировать таблицу разделов в
соответствии с разбивкой ssd.
6. Отключить hdd и перезагрузиться.
