Ну и напоследок рассмотрим еще один приказ Роскомнадзора, который
регламентирует установку средств контроля за соблюдением оператором
связи требований, установленных законами по блокировке информации в сети
(пп.15.1 - 15.4 149-ФЗ).
Итак, Роскомнадзор хочет контролировать исполнение блокировок (а не
только выгрузок из реестров запрещенных сайтов) на стороне операторов
связи за счет самих операторов связи.
Роскомнадзор через радиочастотную службу предоставляет операторам связи
технические средства контроля за исполнением пунктов закона по
блокировке информации. При этом сами тех.средства будут находиться в
собственности радиочастотной службы и операторам предоставляются во
временное пользование.
