Есть послойное изображение объекта (x, y, value), слоев много. Не
втречал ли кто-нить софт, который по слоям сможет построить трехмерное
изображение (x, y, z, value), желательно с регулируемой прозрачностью в
зависимости от value?

Такой задачи у меня не было, но посмотрите на http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu/.
Программа много чего может, м.б. и с этим справится. Если нетрудно,
отпишитесь, пожалуйста, об успехе/неуспехе.
