А не надо никакого чуда! МС давно уже встраивает в более новую систему
эмулятор более старой. Причем чем новее система, тем более становится
эмулятор, вплоть до полной эмуляции полноценного компа с полноценной ОС.
В Линуксе работает полно всяких "эмуляторов" (от wine до VMWare),
которые позволяют запускать даже очень старые программы. :)
Только в МС все настроено из коробки и само запускается само, я в
Линуксах это требует дополнительных телодвижений.
