Абсолютно согласен.
На сколько я разбирался в проблеме, мелкософтский офис сохраняет в rtf
не очень корректно, вернее сказать со своими "дополнениями" к формату,
которые они конечно же нигде не описали...
Вообщем ООо с doc работает гораздо корректнее.
