Да я вот даже не знаю, радоваться или расстраиваться. Понятное дело, что
у нас традиции жить параллельно или перпендикулярно любым законам, в
зависимости от ситуации. И СОРМ любой редакции сам по себе был спорным,
а уж его реализация на практике тем более. Кто из провайдеров откажет
людям из органов в содействии?
Раньше законы говорили одна, а практика другое. Это было плохо. А теперь
законы и практика все более совпадают. Это хорошо. Но законы
страшненькие. Это плохо.
А скрывать мне от ФСБ нечего. Даже шифрование не использую, ибо незачем.
Но все равно неприятно, когда тебе что-то запрещают :)
