Есть "О правовой охране программ для электронных вычислительных машин и
баз данных", там есть 15 статья, которая, в частности, разрешает
изготовление резервных копий, любые действия по адаптации программы под
конкретную платформу, дизассемлирование с целью изучения и т.п.
А как применять этот закон?
Вот купил я игрушку от 1С, а сделать резервную копию не могу, мешает
защита. Если я ее сломаю, я что-то нарушу? А не нарушает ли 1С закон,
запрещая мне копировать диск?
Или купил я программу с аппаратным ключом, но он мне мешает. Я его
эмулирую, или программу пропатчил. Это нарушение или все законно?
Говорят, что покупая программу, на самом деле покупаешь лицензию. А она
запрещает все, что ей вздумается. А как какая-то лицензия может
перекрыть федеральный закон? Или он уже настолько устарел, что не
действует вообще?
