Есть достаточно быстрые реле ~6 МС, ASCO например.
Были они и в ГОСТ' овском исполнении.
Т. н. "поляризованные реле".
Так что для одной фазы переключатель с наихудшим временем
переключения ~50 мс и переключением "в момент перехода через 0" -
вполне реальная вещь.
(50-100 мсек).
