Да, это замечательный пример манипулятивной антирекламы.
А вот то, что в российских реалиях различные учения западных "гуру"
часто бывают неэффективными, а то и вредными -- факт.
Ну и, вне зависимости от источника информации никто ценность проверки и
адаптации для себя не отменял.
