Отнюдь. Это сокращённое bootstrap -- отсылка к барону

Кредиты вон тоже прижились и считаются нормой -- а откуда они
и тем более _зачем_, незашоренное большинство предпочитает не
задумываться.

Эти все штампы -- "незашоренный", "без комплексов" -- такая же
подстава, как и красивое слово "атеист" вместо понятного
"безбожник" или "космополит" вместо "не помнящий родства".
Заменить ими обычно пытаются -- "бессовестный".
PS: вообще грустно, когда мы пишем невесть что и даже "IMHO"
не помечаем... эта рассылка не создавалась как мусоросборник,
но как уютная кафешка за углом промзоны. Хорошо бы, чтоб так
и было. Спасибо на понимании.
