Проблема в том, что у нас тут далеко не Москва/Питер. Если менять, то
выйдет, вероятно, ещё хуже, чем есть сейчас. Если не считать явно
неудачные варианты, то альтернатива, фактически, одна:

бывало, по 3 мес. сидели без инета (провод спёрли, etc). Ещё разные
заморочки. Сейчас, вроде, ситуация улучшилась, но что будет дальше,
пока не ясно. Слежу пока за развитием событий на их форуме.
