Спеком и патчами :)
Основное отличие в точечных исправлениях под конкретные
программы, либо же в добавленных dll/функциях, которые ещё
не приняты в основной wine.
Ну и сборка другая (например WINE@Etersoft имеет бинарные сборки
под большое количество систем).
Разные скрипты вспомогательные добавлены.
А язык уже давно улучшен, больше некуда :)
