Паролями не озадачивался, PIN хватает.

Любые нокии 6xxx и выше. У них отменная картотека.

Не озадачивался, хотя и в трубе какие-то считалки (wallet?) были,
и j2me'шных PIM финансового плана немало.

Есть, только предпочитаю jabber (bombus). ssh получается
"на пожарный случай" (с телефонной клавиатурой жутко неудобно),
но даже с ключиками (midp ssh).
