Поскольку чуть раньше речь зашла о том, насколько законно
использование того или иного софта на компьютерах, то мне не даёт покоя
такой вопрос - почему борьбу с пиратским софтом в России начали именно с
директора сельской школы и именно он назначен самым главным "пиратом"?
Объяснение у меня пока только одно - поставки компьютеров в школы (и
государственные организации, кстати, несмотря на "якобы торги") очень
криминализированы, откат на откате сидит, и кого-то из поставщиков,
который был вхож в прокуратуру, похоже обошли... Прокуратура хотела
"накатить", наверное, на Районо, но директор школы, историк по
образованию, оказался более доступен.
А в той же Перми, надо полагать, коммерческие организации,
использующие полностью легальный софт, можно сосчитать на пальцах одной
руки, и в деревенскую школу прокурорам можно было не ездить, не на
один год работы хватит...
