Что из зарубежного хостинга сейчас более-менее приемлимо работает?
Требования: PHP/Perl/MySQL, анлим по трафику.
Если есть возможность запускать произвольные cgi (бинарники то бишь), да
ещё и поддержка PostgreSQL -- это будет вообще замечательно.
А если тот же оператор предоставляет ещё и VPS/colocation, да туда можно
воткнуть в будущем ALT (и за это их саппорты меня не придушат) то я буду
счастлив.

При желании использование awk в /etc/chroot.d/functions можно задавить.
