Этого не достаточно. Нужно платить _белую_ зарплату, есть ещё такие
удивительные для нашей страны меры, как оплата организацией страховки
(чтобы не пользовались ужасным сервисов, предлагаемый по обязательному мед
страхованию), нормальное рабочее место (хочу напомнить, что до сих пор в
Москве нормальным является отсутствие кондиционера на рабочем месте, при
полном игнорировании всех норм по количеству людей на занимаемую площадь),
и так далее.
А кратко нужно всего лишь -- интересная работа, и отношение как к людям а
не рабам.
