Да понятное дело, UTF-8, будь он неладен. Кривой хак,
трам-тарарам-там-там-там-там, разленившихся мириканьцев со своей
загнивающей 7-bit ASCII :-/
PS: а сестрёнка сегодня поинтересовалась, сложно ли будет
добавить арабскую раскладку. Не, она не шахидка, просто
Lonely Planet'овских книжек в доме слишком много -- и всё это
применяется на практике :-))
