Добавить --partial, и если хоть что-то получает, то зациклить rsync ?
Ещё, когда-то давно, был слабенький компьютер, и при синхронизации всего
Сизифа соединение обрывалось из-за очень долгого прохода по локальным
файлам. Тогда решилось путём синхронизации по частям (files/SRPMS, ...).
