Переустановил постгрес, ошибка вновь переодически 
выползает :(

разбирайтесть, почему сегфолтится postmster .  такое, как правило
бывает из-за криво написаных функций.
у вас "чистый" postgres ? не используется ничего из contrib или каких-
либо самописных расширений ?
