Здравствуйте.
А как отлаживать pci.rc из hotplug?
echo что-то ничего не показывает. Даже service hotplug status
выводит только
Hotplug (usb.rc) status: [ DONE ]
Hotplug (pci.rc) status: [ DONE ]
Hotplug (sound.rc) status: [ DONE ]

bash -x /etc/hotplug/pci.rc start (и т.д.)
+ там можно включить отладку в functions
