Уже висят. На тему первого пункта - можно
повесить, если хорошо сформулировать.
С меню icewm пока все очень не просто...
может быть поможет запуск под пользователем update-menus...
icewm не умеет в нашей сборке меню под
разные локали. Да и вообще не умеет.
