Вот обновил Сизиф:

Угу, в пакете предполагается, что там симлинк
# ls -ld /var/lib/pgsql
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 Dec 16 14:49 /var/lib/pgsql -> pgsql-root/var/lib/pgsql

Видимо стоит запаковать как директорию, а симлинк делать уже в инит-скрипте
или чрут-скрипте, только в том случае, если чрутизация включена.
