никак. либо хватит, либо нет. Но бездумно завышать параметры тоже не
стоит - это всё-таки безопасность хост-системы.
На самом деле можно исходя из задач и предполагаемых нагрузок
приблизительно расчитать все параметры, но на самом деле задача не такая
уж и простая, так что проще нагрузить "пиковой" нагрузкой и выставить
нужные параметры опытным путём.

У вас вероятнее всего 32х-битный HOST. А лимит указан для 64х. Не
страшно, но некрасиво.

а тут надо следить.

Вот эти 2 параметра не явяются опасными - это просто буфера. Если их не
хватает, то просто падает скорость tcp.
