Убрал @10etcnet - в результате пропал +x у network.init скрипта. Бред какой-то.
Или это я умудрился?
Но бог с ним.
Подтвердиось нестрастание DHCP и Ifplugd :-(

ТАк все же? Его hotplug грузит? Или его UDEV грузит по запросу файлов
