В регулярах без плясок с бубном не монтируется самба.
mount.cifs //server/share /mnt/dir
Во-первых, она ищет какой-то /bin/systemd-ask-password, который у нас в
/sbin. Дурацкая практика хардкодить имена бинарников у одних, и
переносить их в другие места у других. Да?
Во-вторых, даже если положить нужный симлинк куда надо, все равно не
монтируется, потому что самба выбирает какой-то не тот метод
аутентификации. Помогает указание -o sec=ntlm. Например, обсуждение

Предлагаю начать с бага на cifs-utils.
