С недавних пор заметил отсутствие реакции на ALT+F2 в KDE.
Самый распоследний сизиф. Запуск из консоли не информативен - просто молча
висит.

Возможно, какой-то из плагинов мешает

Через правую кнопку -> "Выполнить программу" работает. Посмотрел
настройки комбинаций клавиш - она переехала с умолчательного Alt + F2 на
Meta + Enter.
