Только что синхронизировал локальное зеркало. Пытаюсь сделать dist-upgrade:

Следующие пакеты будут ЗАМЕНЕНЫ:
libmesa (by libGL) libmesa-devel (by libGL-devel) vlc-plugin-dts
(by vlc-plugin-dca) xorg-extensions-glx (by
xorg-server)
Следующие пакеты будут УДАЛЕНЫ:

P.S. Сейчас руками поудаляю лишнее, и продолжу. Предполагаю, что libGL
vs libmesa вылезет.
