Это не та проблема, о которой стоит беспокоиться. Точнее говоря - это
вообще не проблема.
Более серьёзная эта:
https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33559
но она на стыке железа и софта, и не имеет непосредственного отношения к
grub и efibootmgr.
Но лучше, конечно, дождаться появления нового efibootmgr в sisyphus,
который ещё и может выругаеться на кривые записи, сделанные предыдущим
efibootmgr.
