Это файл уже стерся при ночном обновлении, или что?
Если бы file not found - было бы понятно, а так как будто серверу прав
не хватает, но сам файл есть

Там неудобно делать выборочные обновления.
Кстати, вот после обновления:
/sbin/ldconfig: File /usr/lib/libknotes_xmlrpc.so.1.0.0.#prelink#.h6keef
is empty, not checked.

А, да, действительно.
Пришлось потом попробовтаь.
Проблема в том, что я к тому времени уже поставил отметки что с каким
пакетом делать, и перечитать список пакетов - значило поетрять эти
отметки, а заодно, кстати, оптерять список "новых" пакетов :-)
