Ругань говорит о том, что интерфейс уже поднят. (посмотри ifconfig)
А вот кто его поднимает - вопрос.
В последней сборке bluez-utils я модифицировал init скрипт и в
/etc/sysconfig/bluetooth добавил несколько параметров.
Среди них по умолчанию PAND_ENABLE=false.
Поэтому подозрения о поднятии интерфейса падают на etcnet (загружается
модуль интерфейса и отрабатывает интерфейс default).
