У меня ноут на ati чипсете.
ПОСТОЯННО происходит следующая ситуация - стоит нарезать dvd болванку
и после этого ядро с криками отрубает DMA(с соответствующими
последствиями - медленное последующее чтение).
hdparm'ом включаю DMA - пишу следующую болванку.
Думаю /ets/sysconfig/harddisks - здесь не помошник.
