однако есть другой способ - pumount
/media/$wheremycoolstorageismounted. (потом если что, смонтировать
можно или снова ткнув в КДЕшную иконку, или pmount-hal /dev/sda1 или
как там ее).
ЗЫ. мне оказалось неудобно держать вообще какие-либо значки на
десктопе, поставил 'устройства хранения' на панель.
