Я взял на себя заботу о ctags, применил те патчи от SUSE, что имело
смысл применить, включающие в себя исправление ошибок и поддержку новых
стандартов, поддержку языка Go и ещё одного поля в тег-файле: returntype
(отключено по-умолчанию, судя по тестированию при использовании неявного
возвращаемого типа может написать ерунду; задокументировано в справочной
странице).
Существует также неполностью совместимый форк: universal ctags [1]; если
у кого-нибудь будет желание собрать его, можем обсудить создание
alternatives для ctags.
