Немного не в тему, но буду очень благодарен за ответ на вопрос:
где прочитать об основаниях для подчёркнутого утверждения
(результаты сравнительного тестирования, методика /
инструментарий и т.п.). Спрашиваю не флейма ради, а потому как я
случайно администрирую сервер, где крутится сайт, способный
создать load average 10 из-за 10 одновременных запросов ;-(
