Точнее
/usr/sbin/chkfontpath -a /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi-unicode
работает, а
/usr/sbin/chkfontpath -a \
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi-unicode:unscaled
падает.
