VMware хватает kernel-headers за глаза. /me совсем обнаглел, указав
скрипту vmware-config.pl в качестве директории для заголовочных файлов
ядра прямо /etc/alternatives/kernel_include И ничего, модули собрались как
надо.
P.S. Недавно вышла новая версия VMware. Никто не сталкивался с глюками
идущей в её составе Самбы? Я поковырял и увидел, что при открытии сетевого
окружения в гостевой оси VMware'вская Самба глючит с записью в лог о
невозможности сменить директорию на /root/tmp. Никак не дойдут руки
написать багрепорт в их адрес.
