Нет. :-)
За долгосрочную поддержку ядер 3.0, 3.2, 3.4 отвечают разработчики
kernel.org. За долгосрочную поддержку 3.8 -- разработчики Ubuntu. За
ядра в бранчах ALT Linux отвечют разработчики ALT Linux и никто
больше. Но это не означает, что они не основаны на сторонних ветках.
Более того, мы не гарантируем, что std-def в p7 останется на ветке
3.8.
