Для смены label нужен новый btrfs-progs.
Про uuid не знаю. Вон, пишут что btrfs не надо клонировать :)

Нет. В сизифе пакет не обновлялся почти 2 года и, по показаниям
packages.altlinux.org, висит на nobody.
Примерно год назад я собирал себе из гита как-раз чтобы сменить label.
Помогло. Но позже из-за необходимости принудительного извлечения USB HDD
эта FS там поломалась. Средства вытащить файлы нашлись (хотя ничего
ценного там не было), а вот средств починить btrfs, похоже, до сих пор
нет. С тех пор этой FS у меня больше нет.

Судя по git пока нет. Есть 0.20-rc1.
Но в сизифе сборка тоже из git, пострелизная.
