Доброе время суток.
Дело в следующем: acc при запуске желает видеть наличие каталога
/var/run/alteratord, но /var/run живет на tmpfs каталога нет. Сделал это,
насколько я понимаю, systemd. Уважаемые ученые, разъясните будет ли починена
эта бага или фича? Система - текущий сизиф, всё самое последнее.

Надо повесить багу.
Достаточно
echo "d /var/run/alteratord 0755 root root -" > /etc/tmpfiles.d/alterator.conf
systemctl restart systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service

После перезагрузки всё будет нормально.
Вешать на владельца директории /var/run/alteratord - то есть на alterator
