Хочется странного!
Дано: стационарный компьютер, проводной эзернет.
Так как в данной конфигурации никакого особого смысла в NM нет (не
было), да и настраивать etcnet как-то привычнее (бридж, статические
маршруты и и т.п), то используется etcnet.
Однако, есть необходимость время от времени поднимать VPN. чтоб,
например, подключится по RDP к машине в той или иной локалке. И вот тут
бы хорошо подошел NM, с его наверное простым интерфейсом ВПНа. и простым
поднятием канала на 5 минут с последующим простым же отключением, прям
от пользователя.
Но! NM ругается "could not find source connection". Я так понял, ему не
нравится, что нет ни одного интерфйеса, обслуживаемого NM. Но вообще
говоря работающий на машине интерфейс-то есть, и "вручную" на нем можно
запустить VPN, ничего этому не мешает.
Нельзя ли как-то выкрутиться?
