Вообще, это уже много раз обсуждалось, а всё равно мне ничего
непонятно... То одно, то другое.. ;)
В документации сказано, что "В текущем Sisyphus (по состоянию на лето
2009) и бета-версиях Desktop 5.0 переименование интерфейсов возложено
на udev"
