Так они ж написаны! libglade2-devel, gcc-c++ Но их не стоит ставить
ручками.
В Альте есть очень удобная среда для сборки, называется hasher, очень
рекомендую ознакомитья. Хорошая документация есть в пакете, и
дополнительно статьи на wiki:

P.S.: а зачем linuxdcpp ручками собирать? Он же в бранче есть:

P.P.S: очень не исключено, что в недалёком будующем rpm -ba в альте
сломается по причинам, связанным с пертурбациями в rpm, в то время как
хэшер, как основная среда сборки, продолжит работать.
