Четвертый день не могу достучаться до ftp.altlinux.org, что-то случилось?

Нет, это другое. Как выяснилось, не работает только доступ по http (apt-get), 
по ftp все нормально. Может надо передернуть сервер http на altlinux.org?

Сегодня утром я нормально достучался до rsync://rsync.altlinux.org и стащил 
себе зеркало Сизифа.
