Привет.
Я реализовал, но пока не включил в багзилле автозакрытие RESOLVED-багов
по следующим правилам:
- RESOLVED LATER пребывают в таком состоянии бесконечно долго
- RESOLVED DUPLICATE переходят в состояние CLOSED через день после
пребывания в RESOLVED
- Прочие RESOLVED переходят в состояние CLOSED через два месяца после
пребывания в RESOLVED
Удобно ли такое поведение? Не подкорректировать ли времена?

На мой вкус - RESOLVED FIXED можно переводить в CLOSED через неделю
максимум.

Нет, 5 недель. 4 недели может быть отпуск, репортеру может быть не до
проверок. :-)
